At Aví Scrub Caps, your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help. We offer free, no-hassle returns within 15 days of purchase.

Return & Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

Items must be unused, with no visible signs of wear or damage.

All tags must remain attached.

Items must be returned in the original product packaging, including the Aví Organic Cotton Pouch.

The “hygiene safety stitch” must be intact. This is the protective stitch holding the two ends of the cap together.

Discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return

Reply to your order confirmation email indicating which item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Print the prepaid return label sent via email.

Ship the item(s) back to us using the provided label.
Note: Return shipping costs and 15% restocking fees will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part. In that case, we’ll cover all shipping fees.
