SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

U.S. Domestic Shipping:

*Standard (2- 5 Business Days): Included in all U.S.  orders over $100

Standard (2-5 Business Days): $6

2- Day Express (2 Business Days): $18

International Shipping: 

International Express (2-6 days): $40  (taxes and duties are included)

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1-2 business day(s), excluding weekends and public holidays. Because Aví aims for each customer to receive their order as soon as possible, most orders enter processing within hours of being placed and are fully processed within 1 business day.  Any order change requests must be sent prior to your order being processed.  We will do our best to honor any order change requests, but the ability to fulfill change requests cannot be guaranteed.  Once the item has been handed to the carrier, a tracking number will be generated and sent to the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us.

RETURNS

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 14 days from the original purchase date. Items must be returned unused and in original condition, with the “hygiene stitch” intact.  The hygiene safety stitch is the protective stitch found holding the ends of the cap together.   

All returns/ exchanges must also include the Aví Organic Cotton Pouch to be considered eligible.  Some items, such as items on sale, may be ineligible for returns and will be marked as “Final Sale”.

*Note: The return shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds.  However, if the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, Aví will cover the return shipping charges.

DELAYED ORDERS

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. This does not apply to any orders that are delayed due to order change requests initiated by the customer.  Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier to determine shipping and delivery status.

DAMAGED ORDERS

Aví Scrubs and Apparel, LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, please take photos to document the damage.  You may reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.  We recommend shipping insurance to ensure your purchase is protected from such events.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.  Orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. may incur additional delivery time, depending on the carrier.

All orders with destinations outside of the U.S. must be processed through customs.  Any taxes and duties must be prepaid.  Our estimated shipping fee includes these taxes and duties above.  Estimated International delivery times provided are based on most major markets.
