Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free, no hassle returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note: Aví has several exceptions to our Return and Refund policy, so we encourage you to carefully review our Return/ Exhange requirements below:
- Returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original product packaging, including the Aví Organic Cotton Pouch.
- Returned items must have the “hygiene safety stitch” intact. The hygiene safety stitch is the protective stitch found holding two ends of the cap together.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Simply reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to return. Our team will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed within 2 business.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
*Note: The return shipping fee will be deducted from all refunds. However, if the reason for the return is due to an error on our part, Aví will cover the return shipping charges.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
